Pricing
The retail price for the Hound-a-bout™ hands-free dog walking system is $119.99 plus $20.00 shipping and handling, while the
Utilitote™ hands-free rigid carrier retails for $39.99 plus $12.00 shipping and handling.
Shipping Policy
While some orders may ship on the same day in which payment is received, unless otherwise noted, ALL orders will ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Blue Zone Enterprises will determine the most efficient carrier for shipping your order. Carriers we use include the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx. These carriers deliver Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We're sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping and handling charges noted above pertain to the 48 contiguous United States. Charges for shipment to AK & HI, as well as to international locales, will be invoiced on a cost-adjusted basis.
Privacy Policy
Bottom line...we share your information with NO ONE other than the parties necessary to complete
your transaction - including, but not limited to - your financial institution, our financial institution, our credit card processor
and our shipper. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose any personal information you share with us to any party other
than those mentioned above without your express, written consent…period.
Return Policy
Anyone who purchases anything from Blue Zone
Enterprises, LLC has the right to return those purchases, no questions asked, within thirty days of the date of invoice, provided
said products are returned to Blue Zone Enterprises in their original condition and with the original packaging. Once Blue Zone
Enterprises has received the returned product(s), we will issue the purchaser a refund for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping
and handling charges. In the event a customer elects to return a purchase, the customer must pay the cost of shipping that purchase
back to Blue Zone Enterprises.
Warranty Policy
Blue Zone Enterprises, LLC warrants that the Hound-a-bout hands-free dog walking system
shall remain operable and free from defect for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty expressly excludes claims arising
from, at the manufacturer’s sole discretion, misuse or abuse, as well as claims attributable to commercially available components
such as the Flexi Classic One Long retractable leash. Further, Blue Zone Enterprises reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion,
to repair any Hound-a-bout system found to have a valid warranty issue, or replace it with a new or refurbished model.
Blue Zone Enterprises,
LLC warrants that the Utilitote™ hands-free rigid carrier shall remain operable and free from defect for ninety days from the date
of invoice. This warranty expressly excludes claims arising from, at the manufacturer’s sole discretion, misuse or abuse, as
well as claims relating to cracking or breakage of the plastic bin due to overloading or impact. Further, Blue Zone Enterprises
reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to repair any Utilitote carrier found to have a valid warranty issue, or replace it with
a new or refurbished model.
In the case of both the Hound-a-bout hands-free dog walking system and the Utilitote hands-free rigid carrier,
customers returning products with valid warranty claims to Blue Zone Enterprises must pay the return shipping charges. In kind,
Blue Zone Enterprises will ship the repaired or replaced items back to the customer, free of charge.
